Shea M. Nelson, 40, of W. Third Street was cited for contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child in the 500 block of W. Third Street at 8:27 p.m. Friday.
Ryan Joseph Arthur, 34, of Collins Avenue was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 800 block of Collins Avenue at 4:10 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue at 3:26 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Tami Bowman, 53, of Robinson Road and Jeffrey Mark Ditalia, 63, of Dublin that occurred on Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:34 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate both drivers were stopped at a red light. Ditalia reportedly thought traffic was starting to move and rear ended Bowman’s vehicle. Ditalia advised that his automatic braking system malfunctioned and he could not stop the vehicle. No citations were listed on the accident report.
Herman Nienhaus, 54, of Magnetic Springs was cited for driving while under the influence and driving left of center on Route 4 at 4:14 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 900 block of Van Kirk Drive at 11:16 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a 12-year-old male reported a physical dispute with his father.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 14000 block of Industrial Parkway at 10 a.m. Sunday. The reporting person indicated her storage unit was broken into and items were stolen.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 300 block of Chestnut Street at 11:10 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a dispute occurred between a father and his 10-year-old son.
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. The reporting person indicated his handgun was stolen from his vehicle.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Crystal D. Dulgar, 38, of W. Ninth Street and Toby Keith Sperry, 18, of Columbus that occurred on Milford Avenue at W. Eighth Street at 4:06 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Dulgar was traveling northbound on Milford Avenue when Sperry exited a parking space along Milford Avenue and was struck by Dulgar’s vehicle. Sperry was cited for starting and backing.
