According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 800 block of West Third Street at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the complainant reported a “domestic incident with her daughter.”
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 400 block of East Sixth Street at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor that occurred at an unlisted address at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of burglary in the 100 block of Birch Drive at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a hit-skip driver that occurred on Mill Wood Boulevard at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a vehicle was legally parked on Mill Wood Boulevard when another vehicle struck the car and left the scene.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of John F. Hall IV, 43, of Hilliard for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Kenneth S. Sprague, 43, of Magnetic Springs for a bond violation at 9:34 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of McAdow Road to investigate a fraudulent check that was received at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Warner Road to investigate a domestic dispute between three family members at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday.
While on patrol, a deputy checked a suspicious vehicle parked at a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday. After further investigation, the vehicle occupants, Christopher A. Booze, 53, of Urbana and Ricky T. Evans II, 36, of Urbana were charged with possession of drug abuse instruments. Booze was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant from Champaign County and Evans was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Kenton County, Kentucky. They were both transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
