Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of N. Main Street at 6:11 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate a customer believed that a female left Rural King without paying for ammunition.

A deputy responded to Hyland Croy Road south of Johnston Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving a Volvo sedan that struck a deer at 6:51 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies went to Peewee Valley, Kentucky to take custody of Carnich R. Hickman, 35, of Cincinnati for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:04 a.m. Thursday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Orchid Hill Drive to investigate the possible theft of a 2005 Mazda 6 at 10:03 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder that struck a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox at 11:47 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was dispatched to a home in the 6000 block of MacNeil Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim at 11:54 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 32000 block of Fields Road for an unruly juvenile at 2:42 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 at Watkins California Road for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Civic that was struck from behind by a 2006 Honda Civic at 5:33 p.m. Thursday. The driver of the 2006 Honda, Abigail M. Warren, 19, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy responded to Route 4 near Macklin Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2021 Kia K5 that struck a deer at 5:50 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of U.S. 36 at Whitestone Road for a property damage crash involving a 2014 Nissan Titan that drove off the road and struck a road sign and a utility pole at 8:33 p.m. Thursday.
