Officers responded to a vehicle crash on North Maple Street at Quail Hollow Drive Thursday at 7:22 a.m.
Police investigated a report of a dog bite Thursday at 11:37 a.m.
Jared Matthew Sams, 24, of Columbus, was arrested for drug abuse Thursday at 5:23 p.m.
Dallas Baker, 19, of Hilliard, was arrested for drug abuse Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the 25000 block of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Dodge Calibur that drove off the right side of the road and struck a tree Thursday at 8 a.m. The driver, Ashlynn D. Wright, 31, of North Lewisburg, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies went to a residence in the 24000 block of Sandusky Road to take custody of Adam R. High, 24, of Richwood, for an outstanding warrant Thursday at 8:42 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies went to a residence in the 16000 block of Middleburg Plain City to arrest Raudel Diaz, 40, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant form Delaware County Thursday at 9:20 a.m. He was turned over to Delaware County Deputy.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8000 block of Estates Parkway to investigate fraudulent checks that were created and cashed Thursday at 11:09 a.m.
A deputy investigated the theft utility of services at a property in the 25000 block of Storms Road Thursday at 11:11 a.m.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 for an unruly juvenile Thursday at 5:48 p.m. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
Deputies responded to Route 161 near Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 GMC Sierra that drove off the road and struck a utility pole Thursday at 7:24 p.m. The driver, Kolton J. Hawn, 21, of Columbus, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were sent to Route 739 near Bear Swamp Road for an unruly juvenile that got out of a vehicle and was walking in the roadway Thursday at 7:26 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to Route 347 near Yearslay Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Ford Focus that drove off the road and into a field Thursday at 8:53 p.m.
