According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Zechariah Timothy Wilcox, 21, of West Liberty was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs on U.S. 33 at Route 245 at 10:50 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 3:43 a.m. Friday. The reporting person stated someone was trying to break into their neighbor’s apartment.
Police responded to a report of assault, aggravated burglary and criminal damaging in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 4:33 p.m. Friday.
Johnna Ann Carter, 23, of W. Ninth Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 100 block of E. Fifth Street at 11:11 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate she was transported to U.S. 33 where she was transferred into custody of the Bellefontaine Police Department.
Jeremy Gwinn, 38, of Prichard, Alabama was cited for an open liquor container in the 400 block of Allenby Drive at 6:35 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Gwinn was cited after an officer conducted a traffic stop for speeding.
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 700 block of S. Walnut Street at 12:48 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 16500 block of Square Drive at 3:13 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate an investigation into suicidal comments led officers to the discovery of a “heavily damaged hotel room” at Super 8. A microwave, coffee maker, toilet, TV, lamps and lights were allegedly damaged.
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 16500 block of Square Drive at 3:55 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of an accident involving a juvenile and Bradley William Love, 49, of Milford Center that occurred on Delaware Avenue at U.S. 33 at 3:54 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Love rear-ended the juvenile driver. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Love was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Trevor Allen Eickemeyer, 21, of Ostrander was cited for driving under license forfeiture or child support suspension and driving under suspension in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 2:16 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Eickemeyer was driving a vehicle that did not match the license plate while under suspension, which led to the citations.
Police conducted a medical/EMS assist in the 700 block of Lone Rise Drive at 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Naomi Elizabeth Kolota, 41, of West and Daric L. Morris, 33, of Mound Street on Scottfarms Blvd. at Route 4 at 7:27 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Kolota was at the stop sign on Scottfarms Blvd. attempting to turn southbound onto Route 4. She reportedly failed to yield to Morris, who was driving northbound on Route 4. Kolota struck the right side of Morris’ vehicle, causing significant damage. No apparent injuries resulted from the incident. Kolota was cited for turning at intersections.

A deputy met with an Ohio State University Police Officer to take custody of Dwayne W. Morris, 28, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:37 a.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted Marysville Police Department officers with a possible burglary in progress at a residence in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 3:48 a.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road for a property damage crash involving a 2013 Ford Focus that struck a deer at 4:02 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7600 block of Commerce Place for a dispute involving an employer and a terminated employee at 6:08 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the area of Alder Road and Miller Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving a hunter at 7:58 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated a domestic dispute that was occurring in a vehicle on Route 4 near Collins Avenue between an ex-girlfriend and an ex-boyfriend at 10:25 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Alicia M. Albrektson, 38, of Dayton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:32 a.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of John P. Farmer, 39, of Sunbury for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:51 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 17000 block of Navin Road for a domestic dispute between a father and son at 3:29 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7200 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate an email scam involving eBay gift cards at 3:33 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Industrial Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2011 Honda Civic that was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene at 5:15 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Route 31 for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Cadillac CTS that struck a deer at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Christopher E. Homan, 43, of Belle Center for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:06 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a domestic dispute between several family members that occurred at a residence in the 32000 block of Cobb Harriman Road at 10:26 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 22000 block of Woodstock Road to investigate the theft of two chainsaws from a barn at 10:55 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a harassment complaint that occurred at a residence in the 1000 block of Hyland Croy Road at 3:40 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 22000 block of Reed Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a mailbox at 3:57 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 739 and Fields Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 International box truck that was struck from behind by a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban at 4:09 p.m. Saturday. The driver of the Chevrolet, Trevor W. Perry, 39, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Railroad Street in Milford Center to investigate an animal cruelty complaint at 8:14 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Route 31 for a property damage crash involving a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that struck a deer at 1:22 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 19000 block of Delaware County Line Road to investigate damage to the property that was caused by a vehicle at 7:47 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 28000 block of Osborne Road to investigate the theft of rubber mats at 1:40 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy went to the Ashland County Jail to take custody of David P. Winkle, 38, of Kenton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:48 p.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to a business in the 7400 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Smart Car that backed in to another unknown vehicle that left the scene at 6:12 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 31 for a possible domestic dispute at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.
