According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 14000 block of U.S. 36 for a property damage crash involving a 2005 Chrysler 300 that drove off the road and struck a guardrail at 11:12 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 14000 block of Adams Road to investigate the theft of ten chain saws and a backpack blower at 11:37 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Kenneth O. Mounts, 69, of Plain City for a bond violation at 1:03 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 to take possession of a wallet that was found at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 32000 block of Fields Road for an unruly juvenile at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday. The juvenile was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 8000 block of Cliffrose Court to investigate the theft of a gift card at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 7000 block of Cottonwood Drive to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulent unemployment claim and a credit card at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Tawa Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 8:31 p.m. Tuesday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck a mailbox and several bushes and then left the scene at 9:13 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday. A deputy was sent to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate harassing telephone calls that were received at 11:39 p.m. Tuesday.
