According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Danny Everett Estepp, 59, of Coventry Place was cited for drug abuse at an unlisted address at 5:24 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD responded to the 200 block of W. Eighth Street for an overdose. Reports indicate Estepp was found with a “paper folded up containing possible fentanyl” and a “pocket knife and crack pipe that had residue of possible fentanyl on it.” All items were seized by MPD.
Stacey Lynn Chenault, 46, whose address is listed as “unknown” in Marysville was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 3:10 a.m. Monday.
Emily Hinton, 49, of Delaware was cited for an FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 16000 block of Allenby Drive at 8:35 a.m. Monday.
Carlos Rodriguez Roblero, 29, of Hemlock Drive was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 300 block of Allenby Drive at 4:53 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft without consent in the 400 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 8:05 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate electric material was found missing from a job site.
Police responded to a report of endangering children (abuse) in the 600 block of Mill Wood Blvd. at 8:22 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 300 block of S. Main Street at 9:30 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised he found a purse outside of his office.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 3:04 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate an individual’s banking information was used at a store without her knowledge.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 8:25 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on Railroad Street in Unionville Center to investigate a dispute between a mother and son at 10:38 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Hazelnut Drive to investigate damage to the interior walls and doors of the residence at 12:29 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 14000 block of Sycamore Drive to investigate the theft of a 2009 Toyota Camry at 12:37 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 17000 block of Mackan Road to investigate threatening text messages at 1:04 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to the Union County Department of Job and Family Services Office on London Avenue to arrest Johnnie W. Bumgardner, 53, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant from Franklin County at 2:13 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department and the Mechanicsburg Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Connor Road for an injury crash involving a 1994 Buick Regal and a 2016 Jeep Compass at 4:21 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated the theft of a wallet that occurred at a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 at 4:42 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Grove City Police Department officer to take custody of Quashawn D. Tyson, 23, of Zanesville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:47 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Leesburg Township Fire Department, the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 347 for an injury crash involving a 2010 Toyota Corolla that struck the back of a 2017 Ford Focus at 6:39 p.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and a second victim was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware. The driver of the Toyota, Danielraj Arulnathan, 21, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were dispatched to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road for a domestic fight between two males at 8:45 p.m. Monday. As a result of the investigation, Samuel M. McNeely, 18, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Clark County Jail to take custody of Dustin T. Waddell, 25, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:51 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
