According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Zane Saxon Smith, 27, of Patrick Brush Run Road was cited for FRA/non-compliance suspension and license forfeiture in the 800 block of Collins Road at 7:20 a.m. Monday.
Christopher Lee Clayton, 24, of Pataskala was cited for FRA/non-compliance suspension on U.S. 33 at 3:05 p.m. Monday.
Matthew W. Kauser, 35, of Black Road was arrested on a warrant service arrest at Dogwood Place at 8:47 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Kauser had an outstanding warrant from the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Police responded to a report of an unruly juvenile in the 1500 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:20 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 700 block of W. Fifth Street at 9:03 a.m. Monday. The reporting person requested a wellbeing check on an individual who required medical attention.
Police responded to a report of rape involving a juvenile victim at 2:15 p.m. Monday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Rachel L. Nothstine, 34, of Powell for a bond violation at 11:26 a.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 21000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Dodge Ram and a 2012 Ford F-350 at 1 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Route 38 to investigate damage to a door at 3:10 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 20000 block of Route 245 for an injury crash involving a 2003 Ford F-150 that drove off the road, into a ditch and struck a tree at 3:14 p.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Betty Lane to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and son at 5:21 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Rodney G. Lee, 61, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:07 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 16000 block of Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Freightliner semi-truck and a 1993 Freightliner semi-truck at 11:58 p.m. Monday.
