According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Shad Guy, 51, of Route 736 was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in the 14000 block of Route 736 at 7:32 a.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Dec. 1 accident in which a vehicle was parked in a marked parking spot on West Seventh Street. Guy was reportedly traveling west when he left the lane of travel to his right and struck the parked vehicle in the “rear driver’s side tire area.”
Blanco Williams, 21, whose residence was unlisted, was cited for driving under suspension on U.S. 33 at 12:41 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of property damage (not criminal) in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:11 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person advised that “someone painted his piano that had been on his balcony.”
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 600 block of Milford Avenue at 9:36 a.m. Thursday. The reporting person “turned in (a) cell phone containing suspicious images.”
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 1500 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:14 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate heroin and over-the-counter drugs were collected and seized by MPD.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies responded to the 20000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1993 Nissan truck that lost control, drove off the side of the road, struck a culvert and came to rest in a farm field at 6:53 a.m. Thursday. The driver, Zackary D. Appelfeller, 25, of Raymond was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 7500 block of Route 161 for a person threatening self-harm at 8:05 p.m. Thursday.
