According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of an assault in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 4:06 p.m. Friday. The reporting person said a patient at Prestige Gardens assaulted her.
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat at 10:09 p.m. Friday.
Kimberly Rose Marie Martin, 33, of U.S. 36 was cited for theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 11:39 p.m. Saturday. Martin allegedly stole items from Wal-Mart.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 10:51 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 500 block of Meadows Drive at 10:35 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a car was broken into and a “gun and tools” were stolen from the vehicle.
Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Windmill Drive at 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a dispute was reported between a male and female at an apartment complex.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Calla Lily Way for a missing person at 7:03 a.m. Friday. The person was located.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Route 736 for a person that was found deceased at 9:25 a.m. Friday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene and a report was taken.
A deputy met with a resident from the 10000 block of Watkins Road to investigate unemployment fraud at 12:27 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 10000 block of Honeysuckle Way to investigate unemployment fraud at 4:12 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to the 23000 block of Sandusky Road to investigate a trespassing complaint involving several vehicles in a farm field at 4:45 p.m. Friday.
A deputy took possession of a wallet that was found on Route 739 near Bear Swamp Road at 3:53 p.m. Friday. The wallet was returned to the owner.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of U.S. 42 for a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda Civic that struck a deer at 9:36 p.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to Woodstock Road west of Connor Road for a property damage crash involving a 2005 GMC Envoy that drove off the road and rolled over at 10:05 p.m. Friday. The Champaign County Sheriff’s Office investigated the crash.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 4 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 3:19 a.m. Saturday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police Officer with a dispute between a male and a female at a residence on North Chillicothe Street at 11:54 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of Crottinger Road to investigate threatening letters that were received from an ex-boyfriend at 1:26 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway for an injury crash involving two vehicles at 5:56 p.m. Saturday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
As a result of a traffic stop on North Mill Street in Milford Center, a deputy charged the driver, John T. Fuerst, 53, of Russells Point with driving while under suspension at 11:54 p.m. Saturday. A passenger in the vehicle, Tonya M. McCarty, 46, of Dayton was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant from Logan County. McCarty was turned over to a Logan County deputy.
A deputy investigated a dispute between estranged spouses over the ownership of appliances that occurred on Greenfield Drive in Milford Center at 12:11 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Trailview Drive to investigate the theft of a Yeti cooler, tools and footwear from the bed of a 2019 Ford F-350 at 12:23 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy investigated identity theft involving fraudulent unemployment benefits that were received at a residence in the 7000 block of Route 38 at 2:43 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a Kenton Police Officer to take custody of Charity F. Rutter, 23, of Athens for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:03 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate damage to the door handle of a 2017 Ford F-150 at 8:35 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Fladt Road for a person possibly threatening self-harm at 8:56 p.m. Sunday.
