According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to assist another agency in the 100 block of Aspen Drive at 12:58 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate an individual reported a possible overdose.
Police responded to a curfew violation on W. Fourth Street at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of menacing in the 100 block of S. Oak Street at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to Hinton Mill Road near Springdale Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Honda Civic that struck a deer at 6:49 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of Maple Street in Broadway to investigate a neighbor dispute at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Dustin G. Starkey, 32, of Orient for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8500 block of Frazier Drive to investigate the possible theft of a television, DVD player and DVDs at 12:44 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy investigated several bad checks that were received at a business in the 7900 block of Memorial Drive at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate the theft of a safe containing a gun and other items at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday. As a result of the investigation, Rylan L. J. Ayers, 18, of Marysville was arrested for theft. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday.
While on patrol, a deputy checked a person walking on Route 739 at 11:44 p.m. Tuesday. After further investigation, it was determined the person was involved in a domestic dispute at a residence in the 28000 block of Route 739.
A deputy checked a suspicious vehicle that was parked at a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 at 11:51 p.m. Tuesday. After further investigation, Joshua W. Coakley, 28, of Grove City was arrested for possession drug abuse instruments. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
