Richard A. Fellure, 37, of Columbus was arrested for domestic violence in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 4:21 a.m. on Friday.
Lacey J. Hartman, 34, of Marion was arrested for tampering with evidence and possessing a drug abuse instrument in the 400 block of Mill Wood Boulevard at 12:54 a.m. on Friday.
Police responded to a report of criminal trespassing in the 200 block of N. Main Street at 12:23 p.m. on Friday. Reports indicate the postmaster contacted MPD in reference to a dispute.
Police responded to a report of property damage (not criminal) in the 600 block of E. Fourth Street at 2:39 p.m. on Friday. Reports indicate a neighbor damaged a fence that runs between two driveways.
Police responded to a report of a dispute at Route 31 and Echo Drive at 3:13 p.m. on Friday. Reports indicate a male student was removed from the school bus for being disruptive to the driver.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 100 block of East Fifth Street at 6:08 p.m. on Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Hayden Michael Webb, 19, of Ostrander and Vivian L. Clogg, 76, of Bellefontaine that occurred on East Fifth Street at 1:35 p.m. on Friday. Reports indicate Webb was behind Clogg, both units driving eastbound on East Fifth Street when Clogg began to turn right into a one-way public alley. A vehicle was traveling in the wrong direction to exit the alley, causing Clogg to have to brake. Webb then struck Clogg’s vehicle. No apparent injuries were reported and Webb was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile on Delaware Avenue at Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 6:33 p.m. on Friday. Reports indicate the driver was parked in the Chipotle parking lot facing Delaware Avenue when the driver confused peddles and drove into the ditch. No injuries were reported and the driver was not cited.
Mitchell Thomas Jones, 26, of Plain City was arrested for disorderly conduct and having an open liquor container in a public place at West Eighth Street at 5:38 p.m. on Saturday.
Diana J. Sinclair, 45, of Riverwind Drive was arrested for obstructing official business in the 100 block of Woodcrest Drive at 10:33 p.m. on Saturday.
Police responded for a medical or EMS assist in the 300 block of South Court Street at 1:08 a.m. on Saturday. Reports indicate police responded to a possible overdose.
Police responded to a report of theft – deception in the 1100 block of Rosewood Drive at 1:21 a.m. on Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 300 block of South Walnut Street at 2:35 a.m. on Saturday. Reports indicate a third-party caller advised her friend requested she call the police due to her boyfriend overreacting. No enforcement was taken.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 800 block of Collins Avenue at 6:12 p.m. on Saturday.
Zachary Heilman, 26, of Milford Center was charged with theft – without consent in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Everett Sean Henry, 53, of Watkins Glen Court was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 15000 block of Watkins Road at 2:37 a.m. on Sunday.
Hunter Alyssia Jones, 24, of West Mansfield was arrested for assault in the 200 block of West Fifth Street at 11:12 p.m. on Sunday. Reports indicate she was arrested for punching a man in the face three times.
Maggy Teresgkowa Martinez, 40, of Trinidad, Colorado was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 8:11 p.m.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 600 block of Allenby Drive at 10:58 p.m. on Sunday. Reports indicate the complainant advised that someone had damaged her vehicle overnight.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 400 block of Windsor Drive at 3:56 p.m. on Sunday. Reports indicate a local resident reported personal information was used for an unauthorized purchase.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive at 5:43 p.m. on Sunday.

As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Delaware Avenue, a deputy arrested Grace A. Jenks, 27, of Grove City for an outstanding warrant from Madison County at 1:29 a.m. on Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to South Mill Street in Milford Center for an intoxicated person walking in and out of the street at 1:38 a.m. on Friday. After further investigation, Jamie S. Aburayyan, 39, of Columbus was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Franklin County. She was transferred to a Franklin County Deputy.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Roger A. Madison, 51, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:37 p.m. on Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Barbara Drive for a person who attempted suicide at 4:07 p.m. on Friday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Taylor Road to investigate the theft of services at 4:08 p.m. on Friday.
Deputies responded to the U.S. 33 westbound off ramp to Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2002 Honda CR-V that struck the back of a 2016 Can-Am Spyder at 6:08 p.m. on Friday. The driver of the Honda, Grant M. Biggert, 28, of Hilliard was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of State Route 4 to investigate a domestic dispute at 8:57 p.m. on Friday.
Deputies were sent a residence in the 17000 block of Poling Road for an unruly juvenile that ran away from the residence at 1:34 a.m. on Saturday. The juvenile was found on Bear Swamp Road and returned home.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District and the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of Rout 31 and Route 47 for an injury crash involving a 2012 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2006 Saturn Ion at 4:05 p.m. on Saturday. The driver of the Honda, Bryce S. McNeal, 18, of West Mansfield was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield while turning.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7300 block of Tour 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2001 Nissan Altima that struck the back of a 2019 Hyundai Ioniq while backing out of a parking space at 5:32 p.m. on Saturday. The driver of the Nissan then pulled forward and struck a 2010 Toyota Highlander. No report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a dispute between parents and several juveniles at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near the rest area, deputies arrested Hunter A. Jones, 24, for driving while under the influence at 3:11 a.m. on Sunday. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Andre J. Burke, 38, of Groveport for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:39 a.m. on Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a dispute between a girlfriend and a boyfriend at 9:49 a.m. on Sunday.
A deputy was sent to the 15000 block of Fish Road to investigate a damaged mailbox at 2:24 p.m. on Sunday.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
State patrol responded to the scene of an accident on County Road 252 at Township Road 243 at 4:50 p.m. on Saturday. The driver of the vehicle, Sean Wrenn, 50, of West Mansfield currently has no citations as the incident is still under investigation. Reports indicate Wrenn was driving a motorcycle when he performed a wheelie, causing his foot to strike the ground and making the motorcycle strike the roadway. He sustained minor injuries and was transported to Riverside Hospital by Liberty Township.
State patrol responded to the scene of an accident on County Road 183 at Route 4 at 8:23 p.m. on Saturday. Rusty Krinn, 48, of Delaware was driving a motorcycle eastbound on County Road 183 when he drove off the right side of the roadway and through a livestock fence. He sustained possible injuries, but was released to his wife. Krinn was charged with reckless operation, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control.
Paul Hoffman, 49, of Mechanicsburg was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, nor wearing a safety belt and not driving in marked lanes on U.S. 33 at mile marker 10 at 12:21 a.m. on Saturday.
Tyler Wilson, 29, of West Milton was charged with speeding and operating a vehicle while intoxicated on U.S. 33 at mile marker 14 at 3:40 a.m. on Sunday.
