An officer observed a vehicle on the property of Shell/Plain City Village Mart on South Jefferson Avenue at 1:26 a.m. March 6. The officer made contact and was advised he pulled over to use the phone.
An officer responded to Carriage Drive at 3:02 p.m. March 6 for a solicitor complaint. Subsequently, Seth Gardner, 20, of Columbus, was issued a citation for soliciting without a permit.
Officers responded to Church Street at 8:04 p.m. March 6 for a report of a possible suicide threat. After further investigation, the individual was not currently at risk of self-harm.
An officer responded to North Avenue at 2:09 p.m. March 7 for a solicitor complaint. Subsequently, Mohamad Ibrahim, 25, of Columbus, was issued a citation for soliciting without a permit.
An officer responded to Murlay Drive at 2:10 p.m. March 7 for a solicitor complaint. The officer canvassed the area but was unable to locate anyone matching the description.
Officers responded to a CIT incident on Warbler Lane at 5:33 p.m. March 7. The individual was transported to the hospital.
Officers responded, along with Medic 261, to South Chillicothe Street at 7:54 p.m. March 8 for a suicide threat. The individual was transported to the hospital.

An officer responded to Maple Street at 9:12 p.m. March 9 for a 911 follow-up. The officer made contact and was advised it was accidental.
An officer was requested for a civil standby during a custody exchange on Church Street at 5:28 p.m. March 9.
An officer observed a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone on Alderwood Circle at 4:14 p.m. March 9. The officer made contact with the owner and the vehicle was moved.
Officers arrested Amanda Brewer, 35, of Radnor on Church Street at noon March 9 on an active warrant out of Madison County. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
An officer responded to Maple Court at 9:54 p.m. March 10 for a 911 unknown. The officer canvassed the area and did not locate anyone in distress.
An officer was requested for a civil standby during a custody exchange on Church Stret at 3:16 p.m. March 10.
An officer responded to Country View Lane at 10:30 a.m. March 11 for a report of possible identity theft. An incident report was taken.
An officer responded to Michael Street at 12:25 p.m. March 11 for a solicitor complaint. Subsequently, John Davis, 53, of Springfield, was issued a citation for soliciting without a permit.
An officer responded to Mike’s Pit Stop on West Main Street at 2:20 p.m. March 12 for a 911 follow-up. The officer canvassed the area and did not find anyone in distress.
An officer responded to Shell/Plain City Village Mart on South Jefferson Avenue at 8:46 p.m. March 12 for a report of a possible sex offense that occurred in the parking lot, where a male allegedly touched a female acquaintance inappropriately. An incident report was taken.
An officer responded to West Main Street at 9:27 p.m. March 12 for a report of a vehicle playing loud music in the area. The officer canvassed the area for several minutes but did not locate the vehicle or hear any violations.
An officer observed an occupied vehicle at Miller’s Furniture on South Jefferson Avenue at 11:47 p.m. March 12. The officer made contact and was advised he stopped to use the phone.
An officer responded to Smile Works Family Dentistry on South Jefferson Avenue at 9:53 a.m. March 13 for a well-being check and determined the individual was experiencing a behavioral health issue, but was not a harm to herself or others.
Officers were requested for a civil standby during a custody exchange on Church Street at 10:56 a.m. March 13.
An officer responded to South Chillicothe Street at 11 a.m. March 13 for a behavioral health issue and determined the individual was not a harm to himself or others.
A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding on West Avenue at 2:21 p.m. March 13. After further investigation, Guzman Eliezer, 28, of Columbus, was issued citations for speed and no operator’s license. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
An officer responded to Jackson Street at 4:12 p.m. March 13 for a report of a canine on the roof of a residence. Contact was made with the owner, who safely got the dog inside and was advised to keep control of his dog.
An officer responded to Plain City Elementary School on South Chillicothe Street at 5 p.m. March 13 for a behavioral health issue and determined the individual was not a harm to himself or others. A parent was notified.
An officer assisted a caseworker from the Madison County Department of Job and Family Services with translation during an interview at the Plain City Municipal Building on Village Boulevard at 6:05 p.m. March 13.
Officers responded to North Chillicothe Street at 6:59 p.m. March 13 for a report of a dump truck unable to maintain lanes. The dump truck was located and a traffic stop initiated. Subsequently, Roberto Perez-Mendoza, 34, of Etna, was issued citations for no driver’s license and expired tags. Another individual drove the dump truck from the scene.
