Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 600 block of Milcrest Drive at 1:33 a.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 7:02 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to Homer Road, north of Route 161, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Honda Civic that lost control, drove off the road and struck a 2016 Freightliner semi that was parked near a residence at 7:13 a.m. Tuesday. The juvenile driver of the Honda was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
As a result of a traffic stop on Hyland Croy Road near Ravenhill Parkway, a deputy arrested Jorge L. Agustin, 30, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Columbus Police Department at 8:31 a.m. Tuesday. He was also issued traffic citations for driving without a license and speeding. He was transferred to the custody of a Columbus Police Department officer.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the intersection of Claibourne Road and Harmon Patrick Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2012 Honda CR-V that was struck by a 1998 Honda Accord at 1:03 p.m. Tuesday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Union County Project Lifesaver Team and the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Hinton Mill Road to search for a missing person at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday. The person was located.
