According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 600 block of Milcrest Drive at 1:33 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Eric L. Childers, 52, of Columbus and Yotssan Rafael Sanz Marin, 29, of Watkins Glen Boulevard that occurred on U.S. 33 at 5:25 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Childers was westbound on U.S. 33 when Marin passed him on the berm. Marin “also blew out the rear passenger tire while passing (Childers).” While Marin “was in the berm, an object flew up and struck (Childers’ vehicle).” Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. No citations are listed in the incident report.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving John Monroe Burson, 71, of Dublin that occurred on Stocksdale Drive at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Burson was backing up in the parking lot of 225 Stocksdale Drive when the rear bumper of his vehicle struck the front bumper and passenger side fender of another vehicle, whose owner’s name is not included in the incident report. Burson then continued off the pavement and “ran over a tree.” He did not experience any apparent injuries. No citations are listed in the incident report.
Blake Carrington Tyler-Bryant, 28, of West Fifth Street was cited for no operator’s license on West Fifth Street at 5:37 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of telecommunications harassment in the 700 block of Major General Decker Court at 10:52 p.m. Wednesday.
Corey William Blackburn, 42, of Raymond was cited for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, FRA/non-compliance suspension and no license plate light in the 14000 block of County Home Road at 12:34 a.m. Wednesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Dog Leg Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and son at 6:52 a.m. Wednesday. As a result of the investigation, Kevin T. Crunkilton, 30, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy arrested Jayden E. Alexander, 19, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at the Union County Courthouse at 8:23 a.m. Wednesday. He was taken to the Union County Common Pleas Court.
A deputy was sent to a township building in the 20000 block of Route 47 to investigate the theft of fuel and damage to a breaker box at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 21000 block of Route 739 to investigate the theft of money involving a relationship scam at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the 13000 block of Bell Road for a property damage crash involving a 2010 Chevrolet Suburban that drove off the road, through a ditch and struck a utility pole at 2:43 p.m. Wednesday. The juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy investigated an assault that occurred at a manufacturing facility in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 3:12 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Rodrequs R. Turner Sr., 40, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to Route 161 near Eiterman Road for a multiple-vehicle injury crash at 6:11 p.m. Wednesday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 42 near U.S. 33 involving a 2016 Toyota Camry and a 2017 Volvo XC90 at 6:16 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Brian E. Legg Sr., 57, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted Marysville Police Department officers with a vehicle pursuit that started on U.S. 36 near Mackan Road and ended in the 14000 block of County Home Road at 10:25 p.m. Wednesday. A passenger in the suspect vehicle, Krista N. Reck, 41, of Urbana was arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of School Street in New Dover to investigate a dispute between two roommates at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday.
