Kyle Christopher Fisher, 30, of West Fifth Street was cited for driving under suspension on U.S. 33 at 11:29 a.m. Friday.
Angel Enrique, 23, of Watkins Glen Boulevard was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 1:03 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Enrique “came in four hours late for court and a bench warrant was issued.”
Beyonca Owens, 20, of Mill Park Drive was cited for theft and no operator’s license in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 4:58 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of dogs and other animals running at large in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 4:53 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 1700 block of Caraway Lane at 6:05 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 500 block of London Avenue at 10:45 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 200 block of West Fourth Street at 10:47 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of felonious assault (victim seriously harmed) and assault in the 200 block of North Plum Street at 1:32 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jeraldin Villalobos Leon, 38, of Allenby Drive that occurred in the 3:09 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Villalobos Leon struck a building when she was unable to stop due to ice. She did not experience any apparent injuries and was treated at the scene by the Marysville Division of Fire. No citations are listed in the incident report.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jesse Lee Estep, 32, of Hebron that occurred on U.S. 33 at 1:09 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Estep was traveling east on U.S. 33 when a deer ran into the road and stopped, causing him to strike the deer. The driver did not experience any apparent injuries. No citation is included in the incident report.
Guillermo Ramirez, 31, of Columbus was cited for driving without paying reinstatement fees in the 200 block of South Maple Street at 4:31 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jennifer L. Leonard, 50, of Kenny Lane that occurred on Industrial Parkway at 5:45 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Leonard was traveling southbound on Industrial Parkway when she failed to maintain control of her vehicle and struck a fire hydrant on the northbound side of the road. Leonard experienced suspected serious injuries and was transported by the Marysville Division of Fire to Memorial Health. She was cited for failure to control.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Logan Brianne Clendenin, 18, of Summer Tree Loop and Dale Eugene Barton, 41, of Pepper Lane that occurred on Northwoods Drive at 10:57 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Clendenin was traveling northbound on Mill Road through the roundabout at Northwoods Drive when Barton entered the roundabout traveling westbound and failed to yield to Clendenin. He struck her vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Barton was cited for operation of vehicles at traffic control devices.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 4 p.m. Sunday.

A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Natashia M. Morris, 36, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:06 a.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a United States Marshal to take custody of Erica D. Thompson, 46, of Urbana for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:47 a.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 24000 block of Ford Reed Road to investigate identity theft involving a fraudulently obtained cell phone account at 8:58 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 347 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 12:37 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies assisted Plain City Police Department officers with a road rage incident involving a firearm on South Jefferson Avenue in Plain City at 2:07 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a person threatening self-harm at 5:33 p.m. Friday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a residence in the 23000 block of Cranston Street in Broadway for a domestic violence argument between a girlfriend and boyfriend at 7:04 p.m. Friday. After further investigation, Diana J. Sinclair, 49, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Mitchell Dewitt Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda Civic that struck a trashcan that was in the middle of the roadway at 10:19 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 4:02 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Olivia N. Stevens, 39, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:32 a.m. Saturday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a dispute involving vehicle repairs that occurred at a property in the 9000 block of Crottinger Road at 10:35 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Hoskins Road for a one-vehicle injury crash at 10:46 a.m. Saturday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Northwestern Fire District and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to the 26000 block of Route 31 for a one-vehicle rollover injury crash at 12:58 a.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and the State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, the Marysville Fire Department, the Pleasant Valley Fire District and the Washington Township Fire Department responded to the 8000 block of Estates Parkway for an injury crash involving a 2013 Ford F-150 that drove off the road, into a pond and became partially submerged in water at 4:50 a.m. Sunday. One victim was rescued and transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
While on patrol in the 14000 block of Industrial Parkway, a deputy located an injury crash involving a 2002 Honda Accord that drove off the road and struck a fire hydrant at 5:44 a.m. Sunday. The Marysville Police Department investigated the crash.
A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Sugar Maple Drive to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road and into a yard causing damage to landscaping and then striking a tree before fleeing the scene at 2:23 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy investigated a dispute between a grandmother and grandson that occurred at a home in the 31000 block of Route 31 at 2:31 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 32000 block of Wellwood Road to investigate a dispute between an ex-boyfriend and an ex-girlfriend at 5:44 p.m. Sunday.
