According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies went to a residence in the 25000 block of Storms Road to arrest Garry L. Giles, 81, of West Mansfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:36 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Brindlewood Drive to investigate the theft of vinyl siding at 1:44 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to a residence in the 16000 block of Hillview Road for a fight between a male and female at 4:56 p.m. Monday. As a result of the investigation, Jarrett M. Levings, 32, of Columbus was arrested for assault. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. Deputies also arrested John W. Durand, 66, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was released after posting a bond. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate a trespassing complaint at 7:54 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 8000 block of Industrial Parkway to resolve a dispute between the employer and a terminated employee at 9:01 p.m. Monday.
