According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Sunday Abiodun Adeagbo, 53, of Columbus, Heather L. Rose, 56, of Damascus Road and Veronick Martinuzzi, 33, of Raymond that occurred on Maple Street at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Adeagbo attempted to stop at the stop sign, traveling into the intersection, striking Rose’s vehicle. Rose then spun out, striking Martinuzzi, who was at the stop sign on Collins Avenue. None of the drivers involved experienced any apparent injuries. Adeagbo was cited for obedience to traffic control devices.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Jennifer Rae Haake, 60, of Fawn Brook Drive and Judy Yee Chun Read, 49, of Ostrander that occurred on Fifth Street at 10:24 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Haake was southbound on Maple Street at West Fifth Street when she said the light turned green and she proceeded through the intersection. Read was traveling eastbound through the intersection and also advised the light was green. Haake struck the driver’s side rear of Read’s vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. No citations are listed in the incident report.
Denise M. Dunn, 61, of West Third Street was cited for leaving the scene of an accident in the 600 block of West Third Street at 1:53 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A Union County deputy met with a Delaware County deputy to take custody of Marcus K. Stone, 33, of Raymond for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 4:51 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Springdale Road and Hinton Mill Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda CR-V that struck a 2019 Ford Ranger at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Honda CR-V, Trinidee M. Oman, 21, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 161 and Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Ford F-150 that was struck from behind by a 2016 Ford F.350 at 11:02 a.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Ford F-350, Paul E. Lyon, 49, of Irwin was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a resident from the 18000 block of Easton Road to investigate a telecommunications harassment complaint at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 20000 block of Westlake Lee Road to investigate a dispute between family members at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday. The parties were separated.
A deputy responded to the railroad crossing on U.S. 42 in Arnold to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2024 Volvo semi-truck that struck a CSX railroad crossing gate at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The driver, Rebecca L. Palmer, 49, of Fordsville, Kentucky was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies responded to the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Hyundai Elantra that struck the back of a 2017 Cadillac XTS at 3:46 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Hyundai, Kyler J. Beckley, 24, of North Lewisburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 17000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate a trespassing complaint at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9500 block of Crottinger Road to investigate a property dispute at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Dhakija S. Daniel, 27, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
