Adam Wayne Clair, 44, of Lone Rise Drive was cited for domestic violence in the 800 block of Lone Rise Drive at 2:52 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of fictitious plates in the 700 block of North Maple Street at 12:23 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of obstructing justice in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 3:56 p.m. Thursday.
Benjamin Brown, 33, of Urbana was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 6:11 p.m. Thursday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 300 block of Buerger Street at 2:45 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of an accident involving a juvenile driver that occurred on Cobblestone Way at 10:57 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate the driver was facing westbound, leaving the Turkey Hill gas station and turned right. The driver “gave too much gas” and failed to maintain control of the vehicle, causing the driver to strike a mailbox. The passenger, a driving instructor, had to apply their brakes to stop the vehicle.

Police responded to a report of a theft, falsification and obstructing official business in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 2:23 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of driving under suspension in the 1100 block of Milford Avenue at 6:01 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Anna Marie Leslie, 26, of Columbus and Noah Geoffrey Rausch, 19, of Industrial Parkway that occurred on Cherry Street at 6:47 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Leslie was traveling south on North Cherry Street at East Fifth Street and was attempting to make a left turn. Rausch was traveling north from Columbus Avenue onto North Cherry Street. Leslie began the turn before Rausch was through the intersection. Leslie struck Rausch’s vehicle “head-on and immediately left the scene of the crash.” She was located a short time later in a nearby parking lot. All parties declined EMS. Leslie was cited for turning at intersections.
