Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 200 block of North Cherry Street at 6:08 p.m. Monday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the parking lot of a business in the 8000 block of Warner Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Honda Accord that was struck by a dumpster that was being unloaded from a 2014 Mack truck at 9:59 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Route 161 for an unruly juvenile refusing to go to school at 10:03 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence under construction in the 11000 block of Verbena Place to investigate the theft of windows and a furnace at 12:26 p.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a property dispute that occurred at a residence in the 19000 block of Paver Barnes Road involving a bicycle at 2:42 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 19000 block of Route 4 for an injury crash involving a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado that struck a 2015 Toyota Corolla at 3:03 p.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver of the Chevrolet, Wesley O. Cope, 23, of Richwood was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes.
Deputies responded to the roundabout at Route 161 and Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2021 Ford F-150 that struck a 2005 Toyota Corolla at 5:11 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Wilderness Trail to investigate damage to the fuel system of a 2012 Chrysler 200 at 6:22 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 28000 block of Route 31 to investigate harassing cell phone calls at 9:17 p.m. Monday.
