According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of telecommunications harassment in the 200 block of Triple Crown Way at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
Scott Michael Rowe, 45, of West Third Street was cited for dogs and other animals running at large in the 300 block of West Third Street at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday.
John W. Durand, 66, of Hillview Road was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1000 block of East Fifth Street at 10:57 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to Route 347, east of Ford Reed Road, for a property damage crash involving a 2020 Volvo semi that drove off the road and into a field at 4:27 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, Luckson Lauture, 34, of Westerville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were dispatched to a residence in the 26000 block of Snediker Road for an unresponsive person at 8:13 a.m. Tuesday. The person was pronounced deceased, and the Union County Coroner’s Office was called to the scene.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 8600 block of Scheiderer Road to investigate damage to several exterior light fixtures at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a construction site in the 8500 block of Warner Road to investigate damage to a 2019 Toyota Tacoma at 12:22 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies investigated a road rage incident that occurred on U.S. 33 near the Logan County line involving the driver of the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu who allegedly waived a firearm at the driver of a 2016 Dodge truck at 3:58 p.m. Tuesday. Deputies located and stopped the suspect vehicle on U.S. 33 near Route 4. It was determined the incident occurred in Logan County and the investigation was turned over to troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Bethlehem Claibourne Road to investigate a protection order violation at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies went to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to arrest John M. McEvoy, 66, of Rushylvania for an outstanding arrest warrant from Logan County at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday. He was transferred to the custody of a Logan County deputy.
Deputies responded to U.S. 42 near the U.S. 33 eastbound on-ramp to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2022 Honda Civic that was struck from behind by a 2022 Ford Bronco at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the Ford, Phillip L. Brown, 37, of Plain City was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 14000 block of Payne Road to investigate a dispute over purchased firewood at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Miller Road for an unruly juvenile at 7:54 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Stephany M. Watters, 39, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
