According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Sean Thomas Luellen, 42, of Ostrander and Rose M. Cassill, 73, of West Jefferson that occurred on Delaware Avenue at 6:51 a.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Luellen was traveling on the off-ramp to Delaware Avenue from U.S. 33 westbound. Cassill was driving in the same direction. When Luellen stoppen in traffic, Cassill struck the rear of his vehicle. Both drivers experienced possible injuries. Cassill was treated at the scene by the Marysville Division of Fire. She was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse (marijuana) in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 9:43 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Butternut Drive at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday.
Julie N. Bonta, 40, of Flowers court was cited for not stopping after an accident in the 800 block of Flowers Court at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse (marijuana) in the 800 block of Amrine Mill Road at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 200 block of South Plum Street at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday.
Charles E. Tackett, 52, of Prospect was cited for not stopping after an accident in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Ronald Howard Teel, 66, of Shellbark Road was cited for theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Devik Nichols Hargo, 30, of Preakness Place that occurred on Creekview Drive at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate Hargo was traveling north on Route 31 when approaching a roundabout at Route 31 and Creekview Drive. Hargo reportedly failed to control the vehicle, left the roadway and hit a fence when attempting to exit onto Creekview Drive. Hargo did not experience any apparent injuries. He was cited for failure to control.

A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 9000 block of Jeffrey Pine Drive to investigate a littering complaint at 8:24 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate the possible theft of Christmas presents at 8:38 a.m. Wednesday.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of a juvenile for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday. The juvenile was transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
A deputy responded to the 6000 block of Lockhart Lane to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Chevrolet 3500 that was struck by a 2015 Mercedes Benz 250 at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Railroad Street in Unionville Center to investigate the theft of a check at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 17000 block of Navin Road to investigate a trespassing dispute at 3:01 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a domestic dispute involving several family members at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday. The parties were separated.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Harriott Road for a property damage crash involving a 2022 Dodge Ram truck that struck a 2022 Toyota Camry at 6 p.m. Wednesday. The driver of the Toyota, Jessica L. Sosbee, 36, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 19000 block of Parrott Boulevard to investigate credit card fraud at 6:01 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a correctional facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 for a fight involving two inmates at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to a residence in the 28000 block of Storms Road for a domestic argument between a mother and a juvenile son at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday. As a result of the investigation, the juvenile was arrested and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
