According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a mental health issue at a home at 11:43 p.m., in the 1400 block of Idlewild Drive.
A resident of a hotel in the 16400 block of Allenby Drive contacted police at about 9:14 a.m. Monday, to investigate an alleged theft.
Police responded to a call of a threatened suicide at 3:16 p.m., Monday, in the 100 block of Poplar Street.
Police responded to a suicide threat at 6:57 p.m., Monday, in the 200 block of N. Main Street.
At 8:35 p.m., Monday, police were called to the 1000 block of N. Main St., on a report of suspicious conditions. Police closed the case.
Hunter Cole Havens, 28, of Jackson, was charged with failure to maintain assure clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash. According to police records, at about 12:02 p.m., Monday, a 2019 Ford Eco Sport had stopped at the traffic light at the intersection of Industrial Parkway and Scottslawn Road. Havens was driving a 2019 Chevy Silverado and did not stop, hitting the rear of the Eco Sport. Both vehicles were damaged. The Eco Sport was towed.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Michael G. Shover, 41, of Xenia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Athens County at 3:26 a.m. Friday. A deputy was on patrol at that time and checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at a church in the 13000 block of Route 347. After further investigation, Shover was taken into custody and transported to the Tri- County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail at 11:08 a.m., Friday, to take custody of Sandra J. Keykens, 36, and Hayden M, Hensel, 31, both of Bellefontaine, for outstanding arrest warrants. Keykens and Hensel were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Gerson N. Bocanegra, 28, of Dublin, was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes at about 4:37 p.m., Friday, the result of a two vehicle crash. Deputies said Bocanegra was driving a 2016 Honda Accord at roundabout on Route 161 at Cosgray Road. Bocanegra’s Accord struck a 2009 Honda Odyssey.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Honda Parkway at 5:09 p.m., Friday, on a report of a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota that drove off the road and into a ditch. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 26000 block of Sandusky Road for an unruly juvenile at 5:22 p.m., Friday. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were sent to the 15000 block of Route 36 at 5:55 p.m. Friday for an injury crash involving a 2020 Honda Odyssey, a 2022 Hyundai Tucson and a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. A crash report was taken.
Janice L. Mauldin, 73, of Dublin, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control at 6:24 p.m. Friday, after the 2019 Infinity QX50 she was driving lost control, drove off the road, and struck a utility pole. A crash report was taken.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33, east of Brock Road at 6:26 p.m., Friday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2016 Hyundai Elantra that drove off the road and struck a fence. No report was taken.
At 6:49 p.m., Friday, a deputy responded to Route 31, north of Osborne Road, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Ford F-150 that hit a 2015 Subaru Legacy. A crash report was taken.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 42 and Hickory Ridge Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Ford Escape that lost control, drove off the road, and struck a stop sign at 6:54 p.m., Friday. No report was taken.
Katie L. Rausch, 36, of Marysville, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash at 7:09 p.m., Friday on Route 38, north of Rausch Road. Rausch was driving a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado that struck the back of a 2012 Honda Odyssey. A crash report was taken.
A deputy responded to Route 42 near North Street in Arnold a 7:23 p.m., Friday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Ford C-Max that struck another vehicle that was already sitting on the side of the road. No report was taken.

At 8:39 p.m., Friday, a deputy and a Richwood Police Officer responded to the intersection of routes 4 and 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic, a 2014 Ford Fusion, a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica, and an unknown vehicle that fled the scene. A crash report was taken.
Grebil B. Villanueva, 29, of Columbus, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign at 8:41 p.m., Friday after a multi-vehicle property damage crash at the intersection of Route 4 and Route 347. Villanueva was driving a 2005 Honda Odyssey that struck a 2019 Ford F-250. A crash report was taken.
At 9:39 p.m., Friday, deputies and units from the Marysville Police and Fire departments responded to a one-vehicle injury crash in the 14000 block of Industrial Parkway. The Marysville Police Department investigated the crash.
