As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road, a deputy arrested Trevor A. Winston, 37, of Columbus for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 12:53 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Hardin County deputy to take custody of Joshua E. Legge, 39, of Kenton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:33 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Marysville Municipal Court.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 east of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a Honda HR-V that was struck by a box that came off a flatbed trailer at 9:15 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Stephan J. Shelley, 33, of Mount Vernon for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:28 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Mitchell Dewitt Road and Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Nissan Frontier and a 2023 Tesla at 4:32 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was sent to the Southeastern Regional Jail to take custody of Leonard T. Roy, 43, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:58 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy and a Richwood Police Department officer arrested Dolan C. Mills, 40, of Prospect for an outstanding arrest warrant on North Franklin Street in Richwood at 5:01 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to the 21000 block of Route 245 for an injury crash involving a 2011 Chevrolet Camaro that struck a deer at 7:19 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 9200 block of Dewitt Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 11:30 p.m. Friday. As a result of the investigation, Sarbendu K. Ghosh, 47, of Plain City was arrested for domestic violence, menacing, strangulation and kidnapping. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a church in the 10000 block of Jerome Road to investigate a dispute at a youth sporting event at 10:59 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies investigated an aggravated menacing complaint that occurred at a residence in the 22000 block of Route 347 involving a delivery driver at 12:33 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Harriott Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2022 Honda Ridgeline that was struck by a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica at 1 p.m. Saturday. The driver of the Honda, Rachel D. Price, 47, of Newark was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with a domestic dispute in the 200 block of South Main Street at 3:12 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 to investigate the theft of retail merchandise at 3:58 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 26000 block of Sandusky Road for an unruly juvenile at 5:36 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Darrick C. Hackney, 49, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:40 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies investigated a dispute between roommates that occurred at a residence in the 21000 block of Peoria Loop Road at 1:55 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Peoria Loop Road to investigate threatening text and voicemail messages at 1:38 p.m. Sunday. As a result of the investigation, James P. Baldwin, 57, of Raymond was arrested for telecommunications harassment. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted a Richwood Police Department officer with a fight involving two males at a residence on Landon Road in Richwood at 2:16 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to the 19000 block of Route 47 for an injury crash involving a 2000 Honda Accord that lost control, drove off the road and rolled over at 3:01 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Nancy Cifuente, 29, of Columbus was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Robinson Road and Route 736 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1990 Nissan 300ZX that was struck by a 2021 Honda Civic at 6:37 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9800 block of Warner Road for an unruly juvenile at 6:38 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of Landon Road for a trespassing complaint at 7:43 p.m. Sunday. After further investigation, it was determined that the person was experiencing a medical emergency and EMS units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were called to the scene.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Route 37 and Route 347 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria that drove off the road and into a ditch at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of U.S. 36 for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:50 p.m. Sunday.
