According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 2:07 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Pamela Sue McQueen, 59, of Richwood and McCauley, 59, of Raymond that occurred on Delaware Avenue at 7:06 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate both drivers were going through an automatic car was when McQueen “backed without safety” inside the car wash and struck the front of McCauley’s vehicle. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. No citations are listed in the incident report.
Police responded to a report of dissemination of an image of another person in the 800 block of North Maple Street at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of theft without consent in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 11:34 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a theft in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday.
Ludimar Rangel, 38, of Watkins Glen Boulevard was cited for no operator’s license on Fifth Street at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday.
Mary Rodriguez, 35, of Columbus was cited for no operator’s license in the 300 block of Elwood Avenue at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1900 block of Chiprock Drive at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 900 block of Kenmore Crossing at 9:14 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 18000 block of Main Street in Broadway to investigate the theft of a 2018 Honda Accord at 5:23 a.m. Tuesday. The vehicle was later located.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Fire District, the Marysville Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving multiple vehicles at 11:09 a.m. Tuesday. Two victims were transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital and the State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Austin R. Skaggs, 35, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Department officer to take custody of Tu’Maashyie N. Kendrick, 26, of Dublin for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday. They were transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies responded to the roundabout on Route 161 at Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that was struck by a 2020 International semi at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday. The driver of the semi, Andre Carrier, 62, of Canal Winchester was issued a traffic citation for failure to drive in marked lanes.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to investigate a dispute between a customer and an employee at 3:26 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Watkins California Road for an injury crash involving a 2008 Ford Taurus that was struck from behind by a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado and, as a result, it was pushed into the opposite lane of travel, where it was then struck by a 2014 Honda CR-V and a 2019 Toyota Tundra at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday. Two victims were transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital. The driver of the Chevrolet, James W. Cochran, 25, of Delaware was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
