According to police reports:
Robert L. Bradley, 46, and Melana Ann Todd, 37, both of West Mansfield, were arrested at 4:46 p.m., Tuesday, on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop on U.S. 33.
Police responded to a home in the 300 block of W. Ninth Street at 5:51 p.m., Tuesday, on a theft report. Police continue to investigate.

At 12:38 a.m., Tuesday, a deputy responded to the 20000 block of Yoakum Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Toyota Corolla that struck a deer. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, Pleasant Valley Fire District, Marysville Fire Department, Allen Township Fire Department, Concord Township Fire Department, Scioto Township Fire Department, Washington Township Fire Department, Delaware County EMS and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to a residential fire at 3:27 a.m., Tuesday, in the 9800 block of Warner Road.
Deputies assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol with a traffic stop at 3:42 a.m., Tuesday that resulted from a vehicle pursuit in the 7300 block of Weldon Road.
Sean F. Finneran, 23, of Delaware, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way when turning left. Finneran was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado at Route 42 and U.S. 33 at 6:48 a.m., Tuesday. As he was turning left he was hit by a 2023 Kia Seltos. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a home in the 11000 block of Route 36 at 11:23 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a scam attempt involving bond money for a family member. No report was taken.
At 12:03 a.m., Tuesday, a deputy was sent to a property in the 17000 block of Mackan Road to investigate the theft of a 2002 Honda Accord. A report was taken.
At 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, deputies investigated the theft of U.S. Mail that was stolen from a mailbox at a business in the 7900 block of Memorial Drive. No report was taken.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 9300 block of Brock Road at 6:13 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a littering complaint. No report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 21000 block of Lingrell Road at 8:27 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. The parties were separated and no report was taken.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer at to take custody of Zachary R. Hays-Corven, 29, of Marysville, on an outstanding arrest warrant. Hays-Corven was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
