According to reports from the Marysville Police Department:
An unnamed individual was arrested after police responded to a home in the 700 block of W. Fifth Street at 7:28 p.m., Sunday on an animal complaint.
Chad Edwin Welch, 46, of 631 E. Fourth St., was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant at 4:40 p.m., Monday at his home.
Police responded to a dog bite complain at a home in the 300 block of W. Ninth Street at 1:54 p.m., Monday. The case was closed.
At 4:31 p.m., Monday, a 15-year-old girl reported being assaulted at an unlisted address.
Edward L. Archer, 78, of 324 S. Court St., was charged with driving under the influence following an incident on South Maple Street.
Police responded to a home in the 200 block of Buerger Street at 7:12 a.m., Tuesday on a theft by deception complaint.

Deputies responded to U.S. 33, east of Mitchell Dewitt Road, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda Odyssey that struck the back of a 2004 Toyota Scion xB at 11:49 a.m., Monday. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a home in the 14000 block of Robinson Road at 12:55 p.m., Monday, for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. No report was taken. At 4:40 p.m., deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District were sent back to the home as the individual was still having a mental health crisis. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital and no report was taken.
Deputies assisted Richwood Police Officers with an arrest warrant at 4:01 p.m., Monday, at a home on E. Ottawa Street in Richwood.
At 4:15 p.m., Monday, deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 2008 Chevrolet Equinox that was stuck from behind by an unknown vehicle on U.S. 33, west of Mitchell Dewitt Road. The unknown vehicle fled the scene. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Corporate Boulevard at 4:37 p.m., Monday, to investigate the misuse of company credit cards. A report was taken.
At 5:13 p.m., Monday, a deputy took possession of a wallet that was found near the Marysville Library. A report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a home on Park Street in Magnetic Springs at 7:25 p.m., Monday, to investigate possible damage to a vehicle. No report was taken.
At 7:31 p.m., Monday, a deputy helped a Richwood Police Officer with a fight at a home on S. Clinton Street in Richwood.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 9000 block of Warner Road at 7:46 p.m., Monday, for an unruly juvenile. A report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 10000 block of Wintercreeper Court for an unruly juvenile at 9:25 p.m., Monday. No report was taken.
Deputies responded to U.S. 33, east of Route 42, at 9:57 p.m., Monday, to investigate a road rage incident involving the discharge of a firearm. The suspect vehicle fled the scene. A report was taken.
