Police Chase Charles Mason, 19, of 114 N. Main St., Apt. A, was arrested at 6:59 p.m., Thursday, on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant. Bond was posted and Mason was released.
Police investigated a report of suspicious conditions at 9:49 a.m., Thursday, in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street. The case is under investigation.
Police investigated a complaint of use of force rape at 12:36 p.m., Thursday at an unlisted address.
Police responded to the 900 block of West Fifth Street at 1:08 p.m., Thursday, to investigate a drug abuse report.
Police investigated a theft complaint at 3:16 p.m., Thursday at a home in the 900 block of Watermill Place. The case was closed.
Zachary Mason Taylor, 19, of 101 W. Ottawa St., Richwood, was arrested Friday. He was charged with having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence following an incident at 5:02 a.m., Friday at 252 W. Eighth St., Marysville.
An unnamed individual was arrested after police responded to a parking lot in the 500 block of London Avenue at 4:27 a.m., Friday, on a report of a community control violation. Police recovered a variety of prescription and over the counter narcotics and drug related equipment.

Deputies responded to the U.S. 33 westbound off ramp to Route161 at 7:46 a.m. Thursday to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2019 Ford F-250 that was struck by a 2010 Honda Accord. A crash report was taken.
A juvenile driver was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of away at a stop sign after a crash at 7:58 a.m., Thursday, on Industrial Parkway, west of Brock Road. The driver was driving a 2011 Toyota Corolla. A 2024 Western Star dump truck hit the back of the car. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 21000 block of Boord Road at 8:55 a.m., Thursday, to investigate identity theft involving unauthorized credit accounts gotten using the victim’s personal information. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 5:21 p.m., Thursday, for a person threatening self-harm. The person was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital. No report was taken.
At 8:06 p.m., Thursday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 11000 block of Route 36 to investigate an unknown male that tried to entice a juvenile into his vehicle. The child returned home safely. A report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 19000 block of Danville Avenue at 8:12 p.m., Thursday, to investigate a harassment complaint involving an ex-boyfriend. No report was taken.
