Police responded to a home in the 800 block of Watermill Place at 11:19 a.m., Monday, on a report of a dispute. The case was marked as closed.
Police responded to a home in the 2100 block of Preakness Drive at 2:06 p.m., Monday, on a report of theft by deception. The case was marked as closed.
A juvenile was arrested at 7:37 p.m., Monday after police responded to a home in the 100 block of Butternut Drive on a domestic violence complaint.
Police responded to a gas station in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue at 8:05 p.m., on a theft complaint. The case was marked as closed.
Police recovered a purse at 8:21 p.m., at a gas station in the 100 block of N. Cherry Street. The case was marked as closed.
Samantha Marie Elson, 29, of 692 W. Third St., was cited for making an improper turn at an intersection following a two vehicle crash at 8:45 a.m., Monday. Elson was driving a 2013 Chevy Equinox on Cobblestone Way. Elson turned left onto Millwood Boulevard and allegedly filed to yield to another vehicle driving west on Millwood, hitting the car.
According to reports from the Union County Sheriff’s Office:
Constance A. Contini, 56, of Marysville, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence at 6:01 a.m., Monday. Contini was driving a 2011 Toyota Corolla on Route 245 near Wilbur Road. Contini drove off the road and into a ditch. Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and a report was taken.
At 8:13 a.m., Monday, a deputy was dispatched to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 to take possession of a bag that was found containing suspected drugs. A report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the 29000 block of Hoover Moffitt Road at 8:51 a.m., Monday, to investigate a littering complaint involving five bags of trash that were dumped. No report was taken.
A deputy assisted the Marysville Police Department at 8:53 a.m., Monday, with a possible injury crash in the 14000 block of Scottslawn Road.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to arrest Earl A. Grant III, 25, of Reynoldsburg, for an outstanding warrant from Marion County. He was transferred to the custody of a Marion County Deputy.
Deputies and officers from the Plain City Police Department were dispatched to a business in the 7300 block of Route 161 at 12:21 p.m., Monday, to investigate a dispute between several customers. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 8300 block of Watkins Road at 3:35 p.m., Monday, to search for a person threatening self-harm. The person was located in Delaware County and no report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the 15000 block of Miller Road at 4:53 p.m., Monday, to investigate a littering complaint. No report was taken.
Chris R. Kordack, 46, of Plain City, and Christopher J. Allen, 48, of Plain City, were both charged with disorderly conduct at 5:25 p.m., Monday, after deputies were called to a home in the 10000 block of Tuscany Drive. The deputies were called to investigate an argument between two neighbors. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 6:165 p.m., Monday, for a person threatening self-harm. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to Route 31 near Yearsley Road at 8:48 p.m., Monday, for an injury crash involving a 2015 Ford Edge and a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado. A crash report was taken.
At 9:36 p.m., Monday, a deputy was sent to a home on S. Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a protection order violation. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department were sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 9:47 p.m., Monday, for a person experiencing a mental health crisis. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital. No report was taken.
