According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a home in the 600 block of Chestnut Street at 10:56 a.m., Tuesday, on a civil standby issue.
Police responded to a home in the 200 block of North Main Street to at 4:11 p.m., Tuesday, on recovered property.
At 7:56 p.m., Tuesday, police returned a juvenile to their home in the 100 block of South Oak Street.
Police responded to an apartment in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive on a report of domestic violence involving a weapon. The investigation is pending.
Harris A. Khan, 52, of Alabama, was cited for disorderly conduct for making an offensive gesture or noise, following an incident at 8:05 a.m., Wednesday at a department store in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard.
Police responded to a home in the 2400 block of McClouds Square at 9:44 a.m., Wednesday on a report of a dispute.
Police responded to the 100 block of Sumac Drive, at 5:24 p.m., on a criminal trespassing complaint involving a 13-year-old boy.
Police responded to gas station the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way on a theft report. An investigation is pending.
Heather A. McGee, 52, of 431 Damascus Road, was cited for improper operation of a vehicle at a stop sign at 11:36 a.m., Wednesday. McGee was driving a 2013 Honda Accord west on Lydia Drive. McGee stopped for the stop sign at the intersection with Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard. McGee pulled from the stop sign and did not see a 2023 Honda CRV because of other vehicles on the roadway. The CRV hit the right rear fender of McGee’s Accord.
According to reports from the Union County Sheriff’s Office:
Riley J. Wallace, 22, of Cardington, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection at 3:39 p.m., Wednesday. Wallace was driving a 2019 Toyota Tacoma at the intersection of routes 4 and 347 when he was hit by a 2014 Honda Civic. Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to the scene. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. A crash report was taken.
Taylor E. Miller, 18, of Mechanicsburg, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead at 4:18 p.m., Wednesday, following a property damage crash. Miller was driving a 2005 GMC Canyon at the intersection of Mitchell Dewitt Road and Industrial Parkway. Miller’s Canyon hit the back of a 2017 Honda Accord. A crash report was taken.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a dispute between a male and female at 6:56 p.m., at a home on South Franklin Street in Richwood.
