According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Daniel L. Speakman, 72, of 110 Buerger Street, was arrested at 11:37 p.m., Thursday, charged with domestic violence for making threats of violence and resisting arrest.
At 1:17 p.m., Thursday, police were called to a home in the 500 block of Linden Street to investigate the death of a 67-year-old man.
Police are investigating a robbery involving the use or threat of force and the use of a weapon at 5:58 p.m., Thursday at a drug store in the 100 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard.
Police responded to a store in the 600 block of East Fifth Street at 8:10 p.m., Wednesday, on the report of an assault. The case is under investigation.
Police responded to the 700 block of West Eighth Street at 11:04 p.m., Wednesday, on a report of suspicious conditions. The case was marked as closed.
Daniel John Patrick, 42, of 925 W. Fifth St.; Emily Elizabeth McNeely, 18, of 114 S. Walnut St.; Stephanie Patrick, 31, of 925 W. Fifth St.; Eric Byron Knapp, 33, of 127 Elwood Avenue were each cited for disorderly conduct for an incident in a yard in the 900 block of West Fifth Street. Police were called to the location at 1:20 a.m., Friday, on the report of disorderly conduct fighting or threatening to fight. Some of the individuals were arrested at the Fifth Street address while McNeely was arrested on Grove Street and Knapp was arrested on Elwood Avenue.
According to reports from the Union County Sheriff’s Office:
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail at 1:26 a.m., Thursday, to take custody of Stephany M. Watters, 39, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Watters was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 32000 block of Winnemac Road at 6:32 a.m., Thursday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt that struck a deer. No report was taken.
At 2:34 p.m., Thursday, a deputy was sent to a home in the 9000 block of Ketch Road to investigate a fraudulent bank transaction. A report was taken.
Deputies were sent to the parking lot of a school in the 11000 block of Route 38 at 3:14 p.m., Thursday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Toyota Sienna and a 2008 Jeep Liberty. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 at 9:57 p.m., to take possession of drugs that were found. A report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail at 11:46 p.m., Thursday, to take custody of Shawn G. Marcum, Sr., 45, of Hilliard, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Marcum was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
