Joshua Patrick Davis, 32, of 16691 Robinson Road, Plain City, was arrested at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday at 925 W. Fifth St., on an outstanding warrant.

Tasha R. Blanton, 40, of Marion, was arrested at 12:55 a.m., Wednesday in the 400 block of Allenby Drive. Blanton is charged with theft, criminal damaging and unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Police were called to a home in the 900 block of W. Fifth Street, at 8:23 p.m., Tuesday, on a domestic violence complaint. The case was closed.

A deputy was sent to the parking lot of a business in the 8800 block of Warner Road at 9:57 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Ford F-150 that backed into a parked 2022 Ford F-350. A crash report was taken.
Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Route 4 at 9:59 a.m., Tuesday, to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, hit a fence, as well as a utility pole and a mailbox and then fled the scene. A crash report was taken.

Deputies were sent to a home in the 9400 block of Woodbine Way at 6:40 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate threatening text messages and phone calls. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the Ross County Jail a 7:25 p.m., Tuesday, to take custody of David K. Smith, 66, of Chillicothe, for an outstanding arrest warrant. The arrestee was transported to the Tri County Regional Jail.
