The Triad boys golf team defeated Northeastern at Woodland with the score of 182-195 on Tuesday.
The Cardinals improved to 9-3 in the Ohio Heritage Conference.
Triad was led by Cole Pond, who carded a 42.
He was followed by Matt Richards-45, Devin Butz-46, Ryan Gross-49 and Jalen Nott-49.

Lady Cardinals fall
Triad’s girls dropped a 227-247 verdict to Southeastern.
That match was also played at Woodland.
Alli Gregg carded a 60 to lead the Lady Cardinals.
She was followed by Hannah McManaway-62, Joni Russell-62 and Megan McManaway-63.

MHS falls by two
The Monarch boys tallied their best nine-hole score of the season on Tuesday.
Marysville carded a 157, but fell by two strokes as Hilliard Bradley finished with a 155.
Gavin Cossette and Caden Fulkerson led MHS with respective scores of 36 and 37.
Andrew Rabe closed his final four holes at even par to shoot 40.
Alden Prohaska rounded out the Monarchs with a 44.
