Fairbanks High School has qualified three swimmers to the Division II district meet.
The advancement came after the sectional meet that was held at the Marion Family YMCA.
Panther swimmers who qualified for the district are Janie Clayton (50 freestyle and 100 breastroke), Sadie Lucas (100 freestyle) and Matt Kehlbeck (50 freestyle).
Fairbanks athletes competed as follows:
-Girls 200-yard medley relay: 2:17.30;
-Girls 200-yard freestyle relay: 2:01.73;
Girls 50-Yard Freestyle
-Emily Clayton: 33.70;
-J. Clayton: 25.90;
– Lucas: 28.10.
Boys 50-Yard Freestyle
– Kehlbeck: 24.90.
Girls 100-Yard
Freestyle
– Lucas: 1:05.60.
Boys 100-Yard Freestyle
-Kehlbeck: 56.20.
Girls 100-Yard
Breaststroke
-J. Clayton: 1:09.21;
-Aizza Schirg: 1:24.92.
The district tournament will be held Thursday at The Ohio State University.
