The visiting Fairbanks Middle School football Panthers broke open a close game midway in the second quarter with a 20-point explosion in the last 4:45 of the first half on Thursday.
As a result, the Panthers downed Triad, 26-0, in an Ohio Heritage Conference game.
Trevor Stewart led the Cards with 67 yards on 15 carries. Ayden Sanford had three receptions and Chase Hecker had 10 tackles for Triad, which fell to 4-3 on the season.

The Cardinals will finish their season Monday afternoon in a makeup contest at Springfield Catholic Central.
