Rachael Hoover of Fairbanks added another championship to her resume on Saturday.
The Panther sophomore placed first during the Erin Nance Invitational at London.
Hoover toured the course with a time of 20:52.7.
DeSales won the girls meet with 46 points, followed by Delaware Hayes-62, Columbus School for Girls-75, Westfall-80, Olentangy-98, London-142 and Grove City-153.
Fairbanks and Triad did not have enough runners for full team scores.
Other local girls runners were as follows:
Kinley Green (F), 36th, 24:01.8; Kayden Fields (F), 58th, 28:38.6; Tabitha Gaier (T), 59th, 29:00.5; and Alondra Bosworth (F), 61st, 31:59.4;
Fairbanks’ boys cross-country team placed ninth out of 13 teams during the Nance Invitational.
Olentangy won the meet with 29 points, followed by DeSales-48, St. Charles-121, Delaware Hayes-134, Whetstone-145, Westfall-151, Grove City-152, Central Crossing-223, Fairbanks-235 and London-290.
Triad did not have enough runners for a team score.
