Triad’s girls basketball team snapped a two-game losing skid on Thursday.
The Lady Cardinals ran their record to 3-2 with a 71-18 triumph over Franklinton Prep of Columbus.
Cati LeVan burned the nets for 29 points, while twin sister Frani added 20.
Cati LeVan tallied 15 of her markers from beyond the three-point arc.
Frani LeVan dished six assists on offense and came up with seven steals on the defensive end of the court.
She joined her sister in shooting from downtown with four trifectas.
The Lady Cardinals controlled the boards and limited Franklinton to one shot offering on many possessions.
Makenzie Cauley pulled down 11 rebounds. Bailey Perry aided in the cause with six boards.
Triad, which will host Mechanicsburg on Saturday, roared out to a 21-2 lead by the end of the opening period and held Franklinton scoreless during the second quarter.
The Lady Cardinals soared to a 42-2 advantage by halftime and took a 56-9 margin into the final eight minutes of action.
