The Lady Panthers of Fairbanks upped their record to 6-0-1 (3-0 in the Ohio Heritage Conference) by rolling to a 20-0 triumph on Triad’s home diamond.
FHS plated all of its runs over the first four innings by clubbing Cardinal pitching for 19 hits and taking advantage of four Triad errors.
The game was ended by the run rule after five innings.
Fairbanks tallied three runs in the top of the first.
Hailey Dee belted a lead-off double and raced home on Anna Dulle’s single.
Jenna Dee followed by blasting a two-run homer.
The Lady Panthers put the game well out of reach by crossing the plate seven times during the second inning.
Triad committed three of its errors during the frame.
Maci Kise also drove in three runs with a base hit in the inning.
Fairbanks added another seven runs in the top of the third.
Tiffini Harper finished with two RBIs during the inning.
Maddi Sines, Harper and Abby Russell each knocked in a run during a three-run fourth inning.
The Dee sisters and Dulle each finished the game with three hits.
Harper drove in four runs, while Kise and Sines each tallied three RBIs.
Kise was dominant in the pitching circle. She had a perfect game going through four innings before giving up a fifth-inning hit to Triad’s Jalynn Smith.
Kise struck out 11 and did not walk a batter.
“My rise ball and curve were really working,” said Kise. “However, I mostly stayed low and away to their batters.”
“We just played a pretty good game,” said FHS coach Amy Sines. “Macy pitched very well and we hit the ball well.”
Triad’s record slipped to 0-5.

Panther squad wins
Fairbanks’ baseball team improved to 3-3 overall and 3-0 in the OHC by trimming Triad 4-3.
Max Snyder scattered three hits in seven innings of work to win the game.
He struck out eight and issued a pair of free passes.
FHS led 4-0 after 4 ½ innings.
The Cardinals scored twice in the fifth.
Both teams plated a run in the sixth.
Fairbanks tallied seven hits, including two each from Dayne Madison and Hayden Queen.
Hayden Beswick, Adler Perry and Wyatt Smith each tallied a hit for Triad.
JJ Roberts started on the bump for the Cardinals.
He allowed five hits. A total of four runs (one earned) scored on his watch.
Roberts whiffed five and walked two.
