Jonathan Alder’s boys hoop squad squashed Bellefontaine, 43-16, on Tuesday.
In doing so, the Pioneers remained unbeaten at 4-0.
The Chieftains struggled on offense the entire evening.
Alder took an 11-3 lead into the second quarter and a 23-9 margin at halftime.
The Pioneers’ lead stood at 35-12 by the end of the third period.
Jackson Izzard was the lone Pioneer in double figures with 15 points.
Nick Riedel came off the bench for six markers.
Other JA points came from Gavin Heimlich-four, Tyler Begin-four, Joey Walker-four, Grant Welsch-three, Peyton Heiss-three, Taber Headings-two and Jon Keith-two.

Monarchs triumph
Marysville’s varsity boys got back on the winning track with a 54-46 victory at Whitehall.
The win upped MHS’ record to 2-3.
The Monarchs held a 12-8 lead after the opening quarter, but the Rams led 27-25 at the turn.
Kade Focht and Dane Johnson each tallied six points on trifectas during the third quarter.
As a result, Marysville took a 42-33 advantage into the fourth quarter.
Garrett Taylor and Evan Brown of MHS respectively scored in double figures with 11 and 10 points.
Also putting points on the board for the Monarchs were Ryan Barlow-nine, Focht-eight, Johnson-eight, Jack Christian-six and Jason Moore-two.

Cardinals fall
Triad’s boys slipped to 0-6 with a 67-50 setback at the hands of Greenon.
The Cardinals trailed, 22-8, by the end of the opening set and 35-26 at the halftime break.
Greenon held a 47-38 spread after the third quarter.
Batai Lease led Triad with 19 points.
He was followed by Ayden Spriggs-10, Jacob Warner-eight, Wyatt Cave-six, Carson Manley-three, Maison Johnson-two and Jalen Nott-two.
