Nick Wever swished 11 of his team-high 20 points during the final quarter to help push MHS to the victory.
Marysville (which will host Olentangy on Friday) jumped out to a 17-6 lead at the conclusion of the opening period.
Wever, Chase Allen and Leo Rausch all connected from beyond the three-point arc to pace MHS.
The Monarchs held a 26-17 lead at halftime and took a 37-35 edge into the final eight minutes of action.
Marysville tallied 24 of its points from beyond the three-point arc.
The free throw line also took good care of the Monarchs.
MHS was 11-of-14 from the stripe, while the Celtics sank only two-of-five.

Ayden Sanford led Triad, 9-11, with 12 points.
