Marysville’s girls varsity golf squad shot their second-best score of the season on Monday.
The Lady Monarchs carded a 172 en route to a triangular match triumph over Olentangy Orange-179 and Westerville South-252.
Emily Williams and Avery Prohaska led MHS with matching scores of 41.
Cassi VanDyke carded a 43.
Reese Cordonnier and Allee Forrider both shot a 47.
Panthers win
Fairbanks’ boys golfers won this past weekend’s Union County Classic.
The Panthers shot a 317 behind medalist Alex Crowe, who carded a 74.
Jonathan Alder’s team score of 319 was good for second place.
Brady Fox and Tyler Ogg both paced the Pioneers with 79s.
Marysville finished with a 336.
Colten Montgomery led the Monarchs with an 80.
