Marysville’s boys varsity tennis squad scored a 3-2 verdict over Westerville Central on Wednesday.
Joel Sheeley and Sameer Parashar respectively won the first and third singles matches.
Sheeley beat Blankenship 6-4, 6-2, while Parashar scored a 6-2, 4-6, 1-0 victory against Arnett.
The second doubles team of Payton Ice and Jack Nuspl turned in a 6-2, 6-1 triumph over Lau and Boyd.
Sutharthira of Central won the second singles match with a 6-4, 6-2 verdict over Sam Balderson.
Westerville’s first doubles team of Weiler and Nair downed Devin Kyle and Alexander Seiltz 6-2, 7-6.
