Marysville High School will be one of the locations for upcoming Division I sectional wrestling competition.
The Monarchs will host a total of 10 other teams on Saturday, Feb. 26.
The initial matches are scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
Marysville is seeded second for the tournament.
Also scheduled to compete on the MHS mats are the following seeds:
-No. 1 Dublin Coffman;
-No. 12 Marion Harding;
-No. 22 Olentangy;
-No. 25: Hilliard Davidson;
-No. 30: Westerville South;
-No. 39: Worthington Kilbourne;
-No. 42: Franklin Heights;
-No. 43: Columbus Briggs;
-No. 45: Columbus Whetstone;
-No. 46: Columbus Walnut Ridge.
Other Division I sectional sites are Newark, Upper Arlington and Watkins Memorial.
Jonathan Alder will venture to Licking Valley High School for the Division II sectional that is slated for Friday, Feb. 25 and Saturday, Feb. 26.
Action will begin at 5 p.m. on Feb. 25 and resume at noon on Feb. 26.
Division III sectional competition will be held at Ridgedale High School for Fairbanks and North Union.
That tournament will be held Feb. 25 and Feb. 26.
The first bouts on Feb. 25 are set to begin at 5 p.m.
Action is scheduled to resume at 10 a.m. on Feb. 26.
Team assignments for Divisions II and III were not completed at press time.
The Cardinals of Triad will travel to Covington High School for a Southwest District D-III sectional.
That tournament will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26.
Triad is seeded as the No. 11 team.
The top five seeds for the sectional are, in order, Covington, Troy Christian, Prebble Shawnee, Brookville and Madison Senior.
