Marysville’s varsity volleyball team has won two of its first three matches on the road this season.
The Lady Monarchs will play away games until the renovation project in the MHS gymnasium is completed in a few weeks.
Marysville beat Upper Arlington 2-0 and Westerville North 2-1 on Saturday.
The Lady Monarchs dropped a 25-13, 23-25, 18-25, 25-10, 13-15 decision to Westerville South on Monday.
Rylee Dundon led the balanced Marysville offense with 10 kills, followed by Jiliian Garner and Madison Fluharty, who each killed the ball 10 times.
Carys Gossett led the middle attack with five more kills.
Morgan Shick led the defense with 12 digs and three ace serves, followed by Jayanti Geertes with eight digs and three aces.
MHS will play at Jonathan Alder on Wednesday.
