The Lady Monarch tennis squad upped its record to 12-7 with Thursday’s 5-0 verdict over Jonathan Alder.
Marysville claimed both doubles matches with ease.
The first doubles team of Hannah Hogan and Emma Pzedpelski turned back Chloe Sullivan and Lauren Renner by a 6-0, 6-0 count.
Krista O’Shelski and Caitlin Hill took the second doubles match.
The Monarch netters scored a 6-0, 6-0 verdict over Ashlei Kelley and Makayla Coppus.
Singles results were as follows:
-Paige Hobbs (M) beat Brooklyn Banks (JA) 6-1, 6-2;
-Blair Fairchild (M) topped Ella Sloat (JA) 6-2, 6-2;
-Molly Armstrong (M) turned back Molly Stevens (JA) 6-0, 6-2.
The Lady Pioneers slipped to 6-11 on the season with the setback.
