Marysville’s varsity girls tennis team slipped to 3-6 on the season with a 4-1 loss at Hilliard Davidson on Thursday.
The lone MHS victory came at first doubles. Caroline Geraghty and Ellie Williams beat S. Pesad and K. Darker 6-3, 4-6, 7-6.
Other MHS results were as follows:
Singles
-Grace Larriuz lost to K. Quinn 2-6, 5-7;
-Lauren Markert fell to E. Wood 6-4, 3-6, 3-6;
-Hanna Hogan dropped a 2-6, 1-6 decision to V. Lavch.
Doubles
-Krista O’Shelski and Maddie Blaisdell lost to M. Koob and H. McGivern 1-6, 1-6.
The Monarch JV team beat Davidson, 7-1.

-Chloe Bryan lost, 7-8 (5-7);
-Molly Armstrong won, 8-5;
-Liv Warner triumphed, 8-4;
-Briannah Sparks and Ellie Nuspl scored an 8-2 verdict;
-Emily Thallman and Caitlee Hill won 8-5;
-Taylor Lewis and Megan Vollrath won a doubles exhibition match, 6-5 (7-4);
-The fourth doubles exhibition saw Kiersten Traucht and Alissa Wilm win, 6-2;
-Eliza Martin and Shay Seagraves won an exhibition match by a score of 6-0.
The jayvees are 2-4 overall and 2-2 in the OCC.
