The Wildcats jumped out to a 20-8 lead and took a 38-16 margin at the halftime turn.
The Spartans got their offense untracked during the third quarter by scoring 20 points.
NU, however, maintained a 52-36 advantage as the contest moved into the fourth period.

He was joined in double figures by Preston Crabtree-15, Trevyn Feasel-12 and Aaron Krebehenne-10.

The victory over Pleasant was preceded by last Friday’s 51-40 triumph at Urbana.

Urbana, however, sliced into the lead and trailed by just a 25-22 edge at halftime.
NU found itself down 38-35 at the end of the third stanza.
The Wildcats, though, limited Urbana to just two points during the fourth quarter.
