The victories keep coming for the St. John’s Lutheran volleyball team.
The Lady Jaguars upped their record to 13-0 with two recent wins.
St. John’s beat Hilliard Memorial 25-1, 25-7.
The team served 45-of-48 for the match.
Stats were as follows:
-Emma Hamilton: served 12/12 with 10 aces;
-Grace Gorton: served 10/11 with six aces;
-Allie Boyd: served eight-of-eight with six 6 aces;
-Avery Gallmeyer: served seven-of-nine with six aces;
-Mya Balderson: served six-for-six with four aces.
The Lady Jaguars rolled to a 25-7, 25-15 triumph over Columbus Academy.
The team’s serving was even better at 47-of-49.
-Boyd: served 14/14 with seven aces;
-Gorton served eight-for-eight with three aces;
-Sara Lynch: served seven-for-seven with a pair of aces;
-Anna Lynch: served seven-for-seven with one ace;
-Gallmeyer: served three-for-three.
Bunsold falls
The Bunsold Middle School Red volleyball team was defeated by Delaware Christian 12-25, 25-23, 20-25.
The match was played on Tuesday.
