The weather was the real winner when the Division I district track and field meet began on Tuesday.
Competition is being held at Hilliard Darby High School.
Tuesday’s schedule focused on boys field events.
The pole vault, high jump and discus were able to be completed prior to a storm hitting Hilliard.
Marysville senior Keegan Allen placed 10th in the discus with a new personal record of 129-3. He was the lone placer for MHS.
The top four placers in each event will advance to next week’s regional competition at Pickerington North High School.
Other boys field events have been rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Saturday.
