North Union took first place in both the boys and girls meet during a five-team competition at Ridgemont.
The boys team eked out a victory, scoring 87.5 points to edge out Jackson Center, which posted 87.
Earning first-place finishes for the Wildcats were Mitchell Marlette in the 3200-meter run and the 4×100 team.
Finishing in the top five of an event were: 4×800 (second), Brennan Burke (110 hurdles, third; long jump, fifth), Lincoln Harrah (100, second; long jump, fourth; shot put, third), Ethan Young (100, fourth; discus, fourth), 4×200 (third), Tyler Huff (1600, second; 3200, third), Levi Bard (1600, fifth), Trey Bossaller (400, fourth), Tyler Fout (200, second; high jump, fourth), William Popovich (3200, second), 4×400 (third), Griffin Salyer (discus, third) and Henry Hayward (pole vault, second).
The Lady Cats easily outdistanced the field, totaling 114 points, while Jackson Center was second with 87.
Collecting first-place medals were the 4×800 team, Kendal Music (3200), the 4×400 team and Kaylee Brestle (shot put). Brestle was also second in the discus.
Finishing in the top five of an event were: Hannah Casey (100, second), Audrey Benedict (100, fourth), Gillian Stone (100, fifth; 200, fourth), Ashley Hayward (3200, second; 1600, third; 800, third), Lauren Hall (1600, fourth; 800 fourth), Anna Crusey (1600, fifth; 800, fifth), Savannah Amstutz (400, second; 800, second), Laceton Riffle (400, fourth), Riley Heminger (200, second; long jump, third), Corajayne DeBoer (200, fifth), Lily Leavitt (high jump, third; discus, fourth) and Evie Clark (pole vault, second).
